Do you provide free shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, and yes, all shipping within the US is completely free.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we do not ship to any countries other than the US. However, we do ship to all US protectorates and territories, and all US military bases. If we receive an international order we will refund your order within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on any unused magnets within 30 days of purchase. It has to be in new condition and cannot have any scratches and/or dings. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be submitted with an RMA number that can be obtained by sending us an email. You can use any carrier for returns.

If the items are delivered in damaged condition, we may decide to ship you a replacement magnet and we will pay for all the shipping charges.
If the package is lost and the tracking shows that it hasn’t been delivered to your address in 15 days, we will replace the item at no additional charges.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss of packages. If the package gets lost during transit (provided that the shipping/tracking shows that it was lost) we will send you a replacement magnet, but if the tracking shows that it was delivered, in this situation we will not be able to replace it.
When will I receive my magnet?
For most of the retail orders we use USPS. You can typically expect to receive your item within 1-3 business days. Please note that we have a 1 day handling time. If you have not received your item and it has been more than 5 business days, then please contact us so we can figure out what the issue is.
For most of the wholesale orders, we use UPS. Unlike USPS, shipping time is a little delayed with UPS. Please expect to receive your item within 1-5 business days. If your order has been delayed by 7 days, please contact us immediately.
If you are a resident of Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please expect to receive your item within 1-4 business days.
Do you provide express shipping for an extra cost?
We use USPS priority mail for most of our orders. Most of the items get delivered within 2 business days. Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide overnight shipping.
How can I update my order?
Most of our orders (both retail and wholesale) are shipped within 16 hours, so there is a very small window to update or change your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order, but once we hand it over to the carrier we can no longer change anything. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors made by the customer in the process of checkout.
Where do you ship your orders from?
We ship most of our orders from Maineville, Ohio. Sometimes we do utilize a third party shipping service to ship orders. Those warehouses are usually located in New York, Cincinnati, Florida, California, Kentucky, etc.
Where are the fishing magnets made?
Almost all of the magnets sold online in the United States are made in China. There is no exception. Ours are made in Ningbo, China.
Am I receiving the highest quality magnet?
There are 2 manufacturers in the world that produce quality fishing magnets. We get our magnets from one of those 2 manufacturers. All the major brands use either one of the two manufacturers. All other magnet manufacturers produce thin lower grade magnets. So, yes you will receive the highest grade magnets for the lowest possible prices.
